Parfait Paris in Mission Hills, San Diego, is seeking a friendly FOH shift lead to ensure a top-notch dining experience. You will welcome guests, upsell French pastries and meals, and handle payments and daily tasks on a dynamic shift.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication, and leadership in a fast-paced setting. This part-time role offers weekend and holiday availability with room for growth in a growing San Diego brand on India Street.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math is required.
• Attention to detail and strong communication are essential.
• Friendly, reliable, punctual and customer-focused.
• Hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Must have at least one shift lead experience.
• Motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic about French cuisine/desserts.

Responsibilities

• warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers.
• Enhance sales by recommending French cuisines and desserts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Openings/closings before or after shift.
• Place end-of-day orders on online platforms.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Possess barista skills to make cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso.
• Prepare crepes and sandwiches.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.
