Responsibilities

• Organize each shift by preparing a detailed setup sheet for team success.
• Calibrate team to Chick-fil-A standards with RSA per shift.
• Complete morning, midday, and afternoon checklists and reconcile cash.
• Lead shift to ensure operational excellence and team accountability.
