Job Description

The FOH Server/Cashier may work as a Cashier, Expeditor, and/or Greeter. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high standards of customer service, greeting guests warmly, and showing pride of ownership.
• Demonstrating strong understanding of the menu, including recipes, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
• Processing guest orders accurately via POS, handling cash and card transactions.
• Following cash handling procedures and managing register drawers.
• P presenting food, circulating for service opportunities, busing tables, and greeting guests.
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, dishes, and overall restaurant environment.
• Processing orders at the register, pouring beverages, and answering menu questions.
• Restocking supplies and communicating effectively with team members across stations.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
