Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and food preparation.
• Ensures health, safety, hygiene, and food handling standards are met.
• Maintains customer satisfaction across dining experiences.
• Addresses customer complaints diplomatically.
• Adheres to alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Estimates food and beverage costs and manages inventory.
• Keeps records of sales and cash receipts; submits reports to regional manager.
• Collaborates with chefs on menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
