Job summary

Five + Fore Golf + Entertainment in New Orleans seeks an experienced FOH Manager to oversee guest experiences and front-of-house operations. The role supports the Director of Ops, FOH and drives service excellence in a high-volume entertainment venue.

The candidate will train staff, manage service teams, monitor budgets, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a hospitality/entertainment management role.
• Proven track record in high-volume, guest-centric operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and daily operations to ensure consistent hospitality.
• Train and supervise service staff, maintaining standards and service model.
• Support budget adherence and inventory, including beverages and supplies.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and share feedback with management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming facility environment.
