You will own the event lifecycle, coordinating timelines, menus, staffing and entertainment, while partnering with culinary, bar, and operations teams to ensure the Five O Fore experience shines at every venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management, hospitality, or related experience.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound event inquiries and conduct venue tours.
• Develop custom proposals and packages tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate timelines, menus, staffing, equipment, entertainment, and décor.
