Job summary

Five O Fore Golf is seeking an experienced FOH Manager for our New Orleans venue. You will support the Dir of Ops, FOH in overseeing all venue operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include driving hospitality standards, supporting events, resolving issues promptly, and mentoring staff, while maintaining a safe, clean environment and aligning with budget expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or entertainment.
• Proven track record managing a high-volume, hospitality-focused operation.
• Strong leadership, team-building and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with ability to read financial reports.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Passion for hospitality and stellar guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and operations to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Support regular service, private events and corporate initiatives.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Share guest feedback with management for improvements.
• Oversee facility maintenance and safety of the venue.
• Assist in staff training and supervise performance.
• Report to Dir of Ops, FOH; handle admin duties when delegated.
