Qualifications

Job description

Dear Irving on Hudson, an upscale, high-energy cocktail bar is seeking a poised and passionate Venue and Guest Experience Manager to join our leadership team. We specialize in delivering unforgettable guest experiences through impeccable service, inventive cocktails, and a vibrant, elegant atmosphere.

We are looking for a natural leader with hospitality experience—someone who thrives on the floor, connects easily with guests, and inspires excellence in those around them.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals currently working as a Maitre D’, Head Bartender, Lead Host, or in a comparable front-of-house leadership role who are ready to advance their career. With our training and support, we will help you develop the tools needed to become an outstanding manager and a strong, confident leader in the hospitality industry.

Position Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $68,000 – $73,000, commensurate with experience
