Job summary

The FOH Manager at Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling, Co. in Fairbanks will supervise guest-facing operations, work as shift leader, and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience. They will fill in for staff as needed and support FOH colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

This role also coordinates banquets and events, overseeing setup, service, billing and cleanup, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Food and Beverage experience or banquet experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a TAPs card and Food Handler Permit.

The FOH Manager will work with the General Manager, serving in a hands-on capacity to ensure that operations run smoothly and that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. They will work as shift leader, helping to organize and delegate tasks. He/she will fill in to perform staff positions as necessary and support all FOH staff in providing exceptional customer service. The FOH Manager will also coordinate banquets and events, to include oversight of set up, service, billing, and clean up.
