Job summary

Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling, Co. in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a Full-Time FOH Manager. This hands-on leadership role is centered on smooth operations, outstanding guest experiences, and staff support.

You will act as shift leader, organize tasks, and cover FOH positions as needed while coordinating banquets and events—from setup to billing and clean up. Requirements include 1 year of Food & Beverage or banquet experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain TAPs and

• Flexible days, nights and weekends.
