Job summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in Brusly, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Front of House operations, lead a high-volume service team, and uphold Walk-On’s standards of hospitality, training, and teamwork.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling and labor costs, coach staff, ensure food and service quality, and create a fun, guest-focused environment that delivers memorable Game Day experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work as a TEAM with management staff and employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing levels by recruiting and interviewing talented team members.
• Manages FOH team members, including scheduling, performance feedback, and discipline.
• Ongoing training and professional development of all team members, with a focus on the FOH team.
• Effectively communicates with management team and corporate team to uphold Walk-On’s service standards.
• Drives daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals through internal incentives.
• Prepares labor projections based on business performance.
• Coaches and develops talent within the FOH team.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by monitoring food quality and service standards.
