Job summary

Bar Louie Nashville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and work closely with the General Manager to maintain outstanding guest experiences and service standards.

You will drive profitability while leading a team, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering memorable visits for guests. Strong leadership, Spanish communication, and POS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Formal culinary training is preferred.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
