Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor for CSU Fullerton, CA. The role oversees daily food service operations, supervises staff, and guarantees quality in service and presentation at the campus dining venue.

The position requires 1–2 years of supervisory and customer service experience, with cash handling skills. AM/PM shifts, weekdays and weekends, plus benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisor experience in front-of-house operations.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Customer service and food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing; confirms signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

• Schedule: Full time schedule; Varying days and hours. Open availability preferred. AM/PM Weekdays and Weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: At least 1-2 years of supervisor, front of house cash handling, food service, and customer service experience are required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour.

Job Summary
