Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a dedicated FOH Lead Supervisor to join our campus dining team in San Jose, CA. This full-time role requires leadership of front-of-house staff, ensuring quality service and compliance with company standards.

The position offers a pay range of $24.00–$26.00 per hour, full-time schedule, and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and wellness programs. Previous FOH lead experience preferred.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
