Job summary

Glass & Vine is seeking a FOH Supervisor to serve as the liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and guest service at Regatta Grove. You will guide guests on how to order, assist with to-go and dining options, and support BOH with restocking and accurate POS updates.

The role requires multi-tasking, strong menu knowledge, and the ability to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and private events.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hospitality and guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to multi-task and proactively direct customers on ordering.
• Comfortable in a casual upscale outdoor bar/nightlife environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 10+ hours during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ordering & restocking togo supplies and inventory
• Radio communication point person to food runners and management
• Assists with delivering food to guests
• Updates menu item counts and out of stock items in POS system
• Assist guests in ordering and placing food orders
• Provides detailed food menu descriptions and recommendations to guests
• Assists BOH Kitchen Team executing banquet event orders
• Helps maintain cleanliness and organization within designated areas
• Provides end of the night reports to executive management team
