Job summary

Workstream in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a front-of-house team lead to supervise daily restaurant operations and help achieve guest satisfaction while meeting restaurant goals.

You will guide customer service, uphold speed of service, enforce safety and cleanliness, train staff, address guest concerns, and implement new initiatives in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team in customer service and hospitality during the entirety of a shift
• Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines
• Ensures security protocols are followed
• Holds team members accountable to adhering to policies and procedures
• Ensures that Team Members maintain overall facility cleanliness
• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift
• Addresses guest issues that may arise
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures
• Ensure proper stewardship of the facility, equipment, cleaning supplies, and tools
• Trains Team Members and provides individual feedback on job responsibilities that they are doing well on and areas of opportunities
