Truett’s Luau in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Team Leader who values hospitality and a servant’s heart. You will support senior leadership in daily operations, coach team members, and help ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, timely task completion, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered, with Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set a positive shift tone for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day.
• Maintain excellent written and spoken communication.
