Job summary

Immanuel Communities is seeking an Assistant Front of House Manager for The Landing in Lincoln, NE. The role oversees daily FOH operations, leads staff, and ensures a safe, high-quality dining guest experience.

Schedule includes 11:00am-7:30pm Wed-Sat and 8:30am-2:00pm Sundays with rotating holidays. Requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in dining or hospitality, age 19+. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• At least 1 year dining services or hospitality experience.
• Minimum age 19 years old.
• Some supervisory, training or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily FOH operations for all dining venues at The Landing.
• Lead staff and ensure safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
