Job summary

Chick-fil-A Shift Lead position. Must have Chick-fil-A and/or Leadership experience. The schedule rotates to opening, mid-shift, and closing. Please only apply if you are available for these hours; Chick-fil-A offers skill-building and a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include serving guests, taking orders and payments, delivering meals, maintaining cleanliness, coaching a team, ensuring food safety, and opening/closing as a key holder.

Qualifications

• Must have Chick-fil-A and/or Leadership experience.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be available to work weekends (including Saturdays)
• One-year restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and payments, delivering meals.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area, dining room, and restrooms.
• Lead, coach and train team members on policies and procedures.
• Maintain food safety and operate as a key holder for opening/closing.
