Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet bar guests and acknowledge waiting guests.
• Prepare cocktails and coffee drinks and serve guests.
• Measure cocktail ingredients accurately; manage signature cocktails.
• Enter drinks on checks and manage tabs with cards.
• Maintain bar and front lounge cleanliness per Health Department standards.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes; ensure bar stocked.
• Close out cash drawer after each shift and secure cash payments.
• Communicate any problems (lighting, cooling units) to management.
• Leave bar and coffee station clean and fully stocked at end of shift.
• Assist with delivery tablets and couriers as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, cocktail menus; attend education.
• Be an expert on brand and offerings.
