Job summary

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly, team-oriented bartender to prepare beverages and deliver excellent service both at the bar and through the dining room staff. You will maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, ensure proper drink measurements, and manage tabs and checks with accuracy.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and uphold safety and health standards. ADA accommodations are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
• Very basic food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills are welcome.
• Time management and ability to work under high volume production.
• Ability to communicate in English to ensure safety in the workplace.
• Active listening and learning skills.
• Reading and speaking comprehension skills.
• Discipline to follow set standards.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet bar guests and acknowledge guests waiting for tables.
• Prepare cocktails and coffee drinks and serve bar guests.
• Ensure accurate measurements of ingredients, especially signature cocktails.
• Open tabs with card payments and manage checks.
• Maintain bar pars and stock of beverages and garnishes.
• Keep bar and front lounge clean and organized per Health Dept standards.
• Close out shift with closing bar checklist and cash drawer.
