Job summary

World Famous Hotboys is seeking a reliable Bartender to join a fast-paced, high-energy, community-driven environment. You will greet guests, mix drinks, and provide excellent beverage service while maintaining cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere, follow safety and alcohol service rules, handle payments, and work flexible day/evening shifts with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Indiana alcohol service permits and certifications required.
• 21+ years old.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to standards.
• Verify guest age and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Take orders and provide menu and beverage recommendations.
• Handle cash and card transactions.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Bartender to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the quality, consistency, and experience that Hotboys is known for.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and able to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent beverage service and hospitality.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly experience
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies
• Take guest orders accurately and provide menu and beverage recommendations
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, equipment, and supplies
• Restock beverages, garnishes, and bar inventory as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures
• Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Indiana alcohol service permits and certifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain all required Indiana alcohol service permits and certifications
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and working in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts
• Must maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts

Pay:

$10 Per Hour + Tips
