Job description

Job Location: 1870 South US Hwy 231 Suite A - Crawfordsville, IN 47933
Salary Range: $2.13 - $7.25 hourly

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders from guests at the bar and from serving staff.
• Engage with guests to create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements and comply with alcohol service regulations.
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol as necessary.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures, including tracking waste per company drink specs and SOPs.
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per company standard procedures.
• Limit problems and liability related to excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions.

Qualifications

• Bartending or restaurant experience is a plus—training provided.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Preferred: Prior bartending experience or a minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift and carry items up to 25–40 lbs.
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment.
