Buffalo Wild Wings in Kokomo, IN is hiring bartenders to join the front-of-house team. You'll prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take orders at the bar, and engage with guests to create a fun, social experience.

You should be friendly, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and have strong multitasking and communication skills. Bartending or restaurant experience is a plus, and we offer training.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar.
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with state laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and SOPs
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company SOPs
• Limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions.
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests.

Job Details

Job Location: 1780 E Boulevard Unit 119 - Kokomo, IN 46902

Salary Range: $2.13 - $7.25 Hourly

NOW HIRING: Bartenders (Front-of-House Team Members)

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests

Education/Experience Required

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy

Education/Experience Preferred

• Prior bartending experience
• Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift and carry items (up to 25-40 lbs)
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
