Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Fishers, IN is seeking a bartender/front-of-house team member to prepare and serve beverages, take orders, and engage guests in a lively, social atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Certification to serve alcohol required.
• Prior bartending or restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders from guests at the bar.
• Engage with guests and create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcoholic beverages.
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures, including tracking waste per company drink specs and SOPs.
• Collect and accurately process guest payments per company standard procedures.
• Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions.
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests.

Salary: $2.13 - $7.25 hourly

Position: Bartender (Front-of-House Team Member)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from guests at the bar
• Engage with guests and create a fun, social experience

Education and Experience

Required

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and BWW policy

Preferred

• Prior bartending experience
• Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Able to lift and carry items (up to 25–40 lbs)
• Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
