Bubba's 33 in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in Front of House operations. The role focuses on service excellence, training, scheduling, and driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees/approves all Front of House side work.
• Provides/oversees thorough training.
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House.
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant.
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather insights and drive sales.
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants.
• Helps cross-train employees.
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed.
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conduct rallies.
