Job summary

CHS, Inc. is hiring a Focus Products Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day procurement, supplier execution, and ERP order processing for a broad SKU portfolio. You will strengthen supply continuity by coordinating with suppliers, toll manufacturers, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes improving purchasing speed, inventory visibility, and production planning, with collaboration across production partners and packaging partners to minimize last-minute issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, production coordination, operations, agriculture, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, operations, business, agriculture, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in an ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a seasonal, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP tools; Dynamics 365 and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supplier execution: act as primary operational contact and route POs in ERP for Focus brands.
• Production readiness: coordinate raw materials, ingredients readiness, packaging readiness, and timing inputs.
• Logistics scheduling: own load scheduling and dispatch coordination, inbound/outbound movement.
• Inventory visibility and risk: monitor on-hand levels, open orders, and weekly inventory snapshots.
• Continuous improvement: maintain standard work and documentation to reduce friction and rework.
