CHS, Inc. is seeking a Director of Supply Chain and Logistics to drive strategic direction across transportation, logistics, pricing, and network strategy.

You will oversee sales, brokerage, dispatch, account management, and private fleet optimization while aligning commercial and operations to deliver profitable growth and superior service. The role requires leadership of multiple functions and a focus on efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, brokerage, or related operations.
• Prior leadership experience with progressively higher responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for logistics sales, brokerage, dispatch, carrier sales, pricing, account management, and network optimization.
• Support private fleet optimization, balancing service, asset utilization, cost, capacity, and profitability across the transportation network.
• Lead the commercialization of the private fleet and optimize third‑party revenue and asset returns.
• Own external customer market pricing strategy reflecting market conditions and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute an integrated asset vs. non-asset transportation strategy to optimize CHS capacity.
• Establish KPIs across service, cost, asset utilization, revenue, margin and network efficiency for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers and strategic partners and lead high‑performing teams.
