Job summary

Magna International is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily foam production operations in a safe, efficient, and productive environment. You will manage a team, drive quality and productivity, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and internal standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, 2 years supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Experience with SAP systems and production communication devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily foam production operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, organized, and professional work environment.
• Lead and develop employees through open communication, fair policy administration, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by improving first-run quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards through training, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Magna Employee Charter, Quality and Material Management Systems, ISO 14001, and company objectives while supporting high productivity.
