Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Fort Wayne is seeking a motivated individual to operate foam production equipment on the 2nd shift, with a 3pm-11pm schedule and mandatory overtime as needed. This role focuses on moving, cutting, and handling foam materials, with strict safety requirements including steel-toed footwear and light-colored clothing.

Candidates should be able to lift 50–60 lbs, stand and perform bending/reaching for 12-hour shifts, and have 1–2 years of machine operating

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50-60 lbs.
• Must have 1-2 years of Machine Operating experience
• Must be okay with standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, walking for 12-hour shifts
• Steel toed shoes/boots
• Light colored clothing – white, khaki, light gray

Responsibilities

• Moving foam
• Cutting Foam
• Re-rolling foam
• Putting foam into machines
• Unwrapping foam
