Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end foam production and conversion operations with focus on safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Plan and schedule production to meet short lead times and next-day delivery commitments.
• Monitor performance against DIFOT, productivity, quality and cost targets; drive improvements.
