Job summary

Morrison Cup Solutions, an Oklahoma City-based foodservice packaging company, is seeking a dedicated Machine Specialist to support the Foam Department. The role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and strong teamwork to meet production goals.

You will operate and monitor production machines, adjust settings, assist with pre-expansion and packing, and ensure safety, quality, and accuracy on 10-hour shifts across Thursday to Sunday windows.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment and line operations.
• Able to work 10-hour shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and accurately complete digital work orders using iPads and related systems
• Operate and run all assigned machines at designated production speeds
• Lead and direct operators while promoting teamwork and efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
• Monitor materials and supply levels required for operation
• Move pallets and load boxes into case packers
• Support production goals through collaboration with management
