Johnston County Department of Social Services is seeking an Income Maintenance Supervisor II – Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Application Processing to lead a team handling FNS applications. You will ensure accurate, timely processing in line with federal and state requirements, and provide coaching and technical guidance to staff.

You will monitor workload, performance, and quality, maintain documentation, and collaborate with QA to identify trends and root causes.

Qualificações

• Thorough knowledge of FNS policies, rules, and procedures.
• Experience with NC FAST and FNS application processing.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure accuracy in case processing.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and direct FNS application processing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor staff performance, workload, and policy compliance.
• Provide coaching and technical assistance on eligibility issues.
• Review reports to identify trends and improve processing.
• Ensure proper documentation and NC FAST verification.
• Coordinate with QA and program integrity to reduce errors.
• Train staff on policy updates and procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
