Job summary
Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for the Oak Recovery Health Center location. The role focuses on primary care and integrated behavioral health within an outpatient setting.
Candidates must hold an AZ NP license and a master’s or doctoral degree in nursing (Family NP). You will perform physicals, diagnostics, and treatments, prescribe medications, and educate patients on preventive care, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to reach
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner AZ license required.
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) required.
- Valid BLS certification required.
- DEA license and Board Certification required.
- Arizona driver’s license and 4+ years driving experience.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply within 7 working days.
Responsibilities
- Conducts physicals/check-ups, medical evaluations, diagnostics, and preventative care.
- Prescribes and monitors medications, coordinates with other providers.
- Provides patient education on preventive care and treatment plans.
- Supervises other medical staff and participates in program evaluation.
