Job summary

Terros Health is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for our Tempe clinic. This full-time position offers 40 hours/week with options for 4-10s or 5-8s, near Loop 202/Priest Drive.

Responsibilities include physicals, exams, diagnoses, and prescribing with emphasis on preventative care in an integrated setting. Requirements include AZ NP license, Master’s/Doctorate in family practice, BLS, DEA and board certification.

Qualifications

• AZ Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) required.
• Valid BLS certification required.
• Valid DEA license and ANCC board certification required.
• AZ driver’s license, 21+, 4+ years driving experience, Terros Health policy compliance.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level 1) or process initiation within 7 days.
• Drug screen, TB test, and background check required.
• Proficient with NextGen EHR, Outlook and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs independently or as part of a treatment team.
• Conducts physicals/check-ups, evaluations, diagnostics, treats illnesses, orders labs.
• Provides education on preventative care, wellness activities and treatments.
• Provides leadership within the clinic and may supervise staff and students.
• Maintains patient files per agency guidelines and state licensing.
