Qualifications

• Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
• AZ FNP License required.
• Pediatrics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physicals and medical evaluations for patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Prescribe and monitor medications within scope of practice.
• Educate patients on preventative care and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with other providers and behavioral health services.
• Provide direct patient care for 85% of work time.
