Job summary

Primary Health Care Centers at Gilbert Elementary Clinic seeks an FNP or PA to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, educate patients, and help improve the health of the community in northwest Georgia. The position is at Gilbert Elementary Clinic with potential support at other PHC locations.

Qualifications

• Holds an active Georgia license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Has at least two years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Dedicated to serving underserved populations and working with a supportive team.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered environment.
• Promote preventive care, educate patients, and improve community health.
