Job summary

Elios Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) primary care team. You will provide full-scope primary care in a community-focused setting.

This role offers collaboration with a five-provider team, opportunities for leadership and community engagement, with competitive benefits and loan forgiveness programs. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Active or eligible for Georgia licensure.
• Passion for serving underserved populations.
• Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, or genuine interest in caring for Spanish-speaking patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care to patients in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
• Work within a team-based care model with collaboration among providers to deliver comprehensive care.
• Manage 12–18 patients per day while emphasizing preventive care and patient education.
