Job summary

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent primary care role in Georgia, serving pediatric and adult patients at a community health center.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with limited on-call (remote possible for charting). Expect 15–20 patient encounters daily and support from 2 Medical Assistants and 1 Front Desk staff, using eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure eligible to practice in Georgia.
• 2–3 years of experience as a practicing provider.
• Ability to work independently in a single-provider clinic.
• Ability to participate in the rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to pediatric and adult patients in a community health setting.
• Manage a patient load of 15–20 encounters per day with support from staff.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule; some charting may be remote.

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent position at a community health center serving pediatric and adult patients in Georgia. Position Details. Job Type: Permanent. Specialty: Primary Care / Family Medicine. Provider Type: FNP or PA. Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day. Setting: Single-provider clinic. EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW). Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants and 1 Front Desk staff member. Supervision: Primary and secondary supervising physicians. Medical records and referrals departments provide additional support. Experience: 2–3 years of provider experience required. Limited remote work available for charting as needed. Schedule. Monday–Friday. 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Lunch: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM. Start: ASAP. Limited on-call responsibility: approximately 1 week every 6–8 weeks. On-call duties may be performed remotely. Patient volume tends to be slower in summer and busier during winter.
