TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent position at a community health center serving pediatric and adult patients in Georgia.

The clinic operates as a single-provider setting with on-site care; limited remote charting is available. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of provider experience, Georgia licensure eligibility, and the ability to work independently with rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure eligible to practice in Georgia.
• 2–3 years of provider experience.
• Ability to work independently in a single-provider clinic.
• Willing to participate in rotating on-call schedule and remote charting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to pediatric and adult patients in a single-provider clinic.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule; some on-call duties may be performed remotely.
• Coordinate patient care with MA and front desk staff and manage referrals.

Position Details

• Job Type: Permanent
• Specialty: Primary Care / Family Medicine
• Provider Type: FNP or PA
• Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
• Setting: Single-provider clinic
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants and 1 Front Desk staff member
• Supervision: Primary and secondary supervising physicians
• Medical records and referrals departments provide additional support
• Experience: 2-3 years of provider experience required
• Limited remote work available for charting as needed

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM-12:30 PM
• Start: ASAP
• Limited on-call responsibility: approximately 1 week every 6-8 weeks
• On-call duties may be performed remotely
• Patient volume tends to be slower in summer and busier during winter
