Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Schedule Options

Full-Time: Three 12‑hour shifts per week, every other weekend required, weekend availability mandatory.

Part-Time: Minimum of 20 hours per week with consistent availability. Must meet one of the following scheduling requirements: Two weekdays consistently (24 total hours), or one weekday (12 hours) and one weekend day (8 hours).

Opportunities are also available in: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone, GA.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $138,000 – $159,000 annually (average: $147,000).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings.
• Develop and manage patient treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license.
• Current DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred.
• Strong new graduates with relevant clinical training may be considered.
