Government stakeholders, customers, engineering, logistics, and contractions to ensure successful delivery and long-term program performance. The role requires navigating complex government programs, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance, and traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience for DoD programs.
• Ability to run multiple interrelated projects largely self-directed.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Excellent leadership, time management, organization, and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional program performance to support customer missions.
• Lead execution of Foreign Military Sales programs from contract award through delivery, training, and sustainment.
• Collaborate with US Government and international partners, engineering, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Manage relationships with customers and act as the primary contact for assigned programs.
• Coordinate with government program offices, contracting, and partner organizations to balance priorities and requirements.
• Provide hands-on management of all program aspects and reporting of budget, schedule, and performance.
