• 10+ years of aerospace engineering, technical program management, or complex hardware/software development.
• Experience leading major aircraft, spacecraft, unmanned systems, or integrated aerospace programs through development and test milestones.
• Ability to lead through influence, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program execution and baselines.
• Translate customer needs into executable program plans.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination across air vehicle, avionics, flight controls, and mission systems.
• Keep affordability and production at the center of execution.
• Manage reviews with government stakeholders and industry partners.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation.
