Cape Fox Shared Services (A Cape Fox Company) seeks a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to provide real-time support for FMS case development and pre-LOR activities. You will guide program teams with technical and strategic expertise, ensuring compliance with USAF Security Assistance programs.

The role interfaces with USAF, international partners, DSCA, and industry stakeholders, enabling acquisition planning, risk analysis, and cost estimation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in FMS case development and LOR/LOA processes.
• Ability to coordinate with USAF, DSCA, and partners on complex programs.
• Experience with P&A data, pricing, and security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on FMS case development and LOR/LOA processes.
• Identify requirements, acquisition planning, and sustainment strategies.
• Collaborate with USAF, international partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Support risk analysis, cost estimation, and program assessments.
• Prepare FMS documentation and maintain DSAMS case tracking.
