Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation is seeking a Subject Matter Expert I (FMS) to provide real-time support for Foreign Military Sales case development and pre-LOR activities. The SME will guide program teams, deliver technical and strategic expertise, and ensure strict compliance with USAF Security Assistance programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of FMS processes, acquisition strategies, and stakeholder coordination, with a salary range of $120,000–$130,000 and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in FMS or related field.
• Active SECRET clearance at time of application.
• Proficiency with DSAMS and MTDS tools.
• Strong knowledge of FMS acquisition lifecycle and DoD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on FMS case development, LOA/ LOR processes.
• Coordinate with USAF, international partners, and DSCA.
• Support risk analysis, cost estimation, and program assessments for FMS programs.
• Prepare FMS documentation including P&A data, LOA documents, MTDS data.
• Ensure compliance with eSAMM guidelines and DoD policies.
