Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation is seeking a Subject Matter Expert II (FMS) to provide real-time support for Foreign Military Sales case development and pre-LOR activities at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires guiding program teams with deep FMS knowledge and ensuring security compliance.

The salary range is $130,000–$140,000 for this exempt position, with full benefits including health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, 401K with match, and tuition reimbursement. Posted until filled.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• Understanding of FMS acquisition lifecycle and DoD policies.
• Experience in contract management, logistics and training planning.
• Familiar with DSAMS, MTDS and related FMS IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on FMS case development including LOR/LOA.
• Identify requirements, acquisition planning, and sustainment needs.
• Coordinate with USAF, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Support risk analysis, cost estimation, and program assessments.
• Prepare FMS documentation such as P&A data, LOA, MTDS data sheets.
• Collaborate with DSCA, AFMC and other agencies.
