Job summary

Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to provide real-time support for Foreign Military Sales case development and pre-LOR activities. The SME will guide program teams, provide technical and strategic expertise, and ensure compliance with USAF Security Assistance programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of FMS processes, acquisition strategies, and stakeholder coordination. This exempt position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of FMS processes and acquisition strategies.
• Experience with P&A data, LOA documents, MTDS.
• Ability to coordinate with USAF, international partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DoD Security Cooperation guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on FMS case development, including LOR/LOA processes.
• Identify requirements, acquisition planning, sustainment strategies, and training needs.
• Collaborate with U.S. Air Force (USAF), international partners, Security Cooperation Organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Support risk analysis, cost estimation, and program assessments.
• Assist with preparing FMS documentation, including Pricing & Availability data, LOA documents, and MTDS.
• Work closely with DSCA, AFMC, and other relevant agencies.
