Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking an FMS Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. The role focuses on Foreign Military Sales case development, LOA/LOR tasks, and program management support within US Army correspondence.

Responsibilities include maintaining DSAMS data, preparing case documentation, tracking shipments, and coordinating PMRs. A DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship are required; travel up to 20% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Develop LOA/LOR responses for multiple countries (FMS).
• Assist in total case management of FMS cases for a Weapon System platform.
• Track and manage data in DSAMS and prepare supporting documentation.
• Coordinate and attend Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
