Job summary

Intrepid, an SPA Company, is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to support PEO Missiles and Space in Huntsville, AL. You will assist the International FMS Directorate, coordinating with Foreign Liaison Officers to ensure Fully Mission Capable status across multiple IBCS cases.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, an active DoD SECRET clearance, and the ability to work in person in Huntsville five days a week (telework by exception).

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance
• 1–3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Ability to support and coordinate actions across multiple organizations and stakeholders
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, briefings, and decision-support products as needed
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Provide support across multiple FMS cases and programs for U.S. allies from end to end
• Draft official memos, track action items, and prepare required reports and actions (SDRs, R&R, transport plans)
• Assist in coordinating Program Management Reviews; schedule events and travel plans
• Support Training Working Groups, Technical Working Groups, and meetings between USG and allies
