Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Space FMS Analyst to manage Foreign Military Sales programs, coordinate case development and execution, and provide expert advice to DSCA and allied partners. You will analyze complex FMS issues and prepare briefs for executive leadership, coordinating with military offices and CCMDs to deliver trusted security cooperation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with FMS program management.
• Knowledge of U.S. export policy, ITAR, U.S. government NDP, and DSCA SAMM.
• Ability to perform work on-site at the Pentagon and brief executive-level leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform FMS program management and coordinate all phases of case development, execution, implementation and closure.
• Analyze and report on complex FMS issues, initiatives, and contracting matters.
• Brief senior leadership and coordinate with DSCA, CCMDs, MILGPs and allied partners.
